Measuring Up has been a passion project for me. When I first launched this blog in September 2006, I did so as a chance to elevate measurement discussions in corporate communications and marketing and to join an unprecedented open dialogue happening across our industry. Over the course of five years, I've appreciated the opportunity to share my perspective with you; enjoyed my interactions with readers; and appreciated playing a role in the larger discussions surrounding how strategic communications are evolving in a period of major change. I was especially honored to have been chosen among an elite list of bloggers in PRWeek's Blog Competition, who banded together in a cross-blog dialogue to discuss key issues facing our industry.
However, due to a range of business and personal demands, I plan to take a break from writing here on Measuring Up. I'm not sure if, or when, I'll return to publishing, but I will leave my full archive up, in case any visitors might find something of interest. Otherwise, please visit Peppercom managing partner Steve Cody's blog, RepMan; Peppercom partner Deborah Brown's blog, The Stand Up Executive; and our firm's other team blogs: PepperDigital, About You, and PRiscope.
